Jersey Boys Tickets
Jersey Boys is the new Broadway musical based on the life story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons: Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi. The musical chronicles the lives of a group of blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks who became one of the biggest American pop music sensations of all time. They wrote their own songs, invented their own sounds and sold 175 million records worldwide -- all before they were thirty.
From blue-collar beginnings to gold-record status, the story of American pop group The Four Seasons comes to life on Broadway in Jersey Boys. Dodger Theatricals, Joseph J. Grano, Pelican Group, Tamara and Kevin Kinsella, in association with Latitude Link and Rick Steiner/Oshen/Staton/Bell/Mayerson Group produce.
Jersey Boys features music by Bob Gaudio, lyrics by Bob Crewe, and a book by Marshall Brickman & Rick Elice. The production nabbed four Tony Award wins for stars John Lloyd Young and Christian Hoff, lighting designer Howell Binkley and for the top prize Best Musical.
Young (The Drawer Boy, The Chosen at Paper Mill) joined the cast for the Broadway run. Original stars Hoff (The Who's Tommy), Daniel Reichard (Radiant Baby, The Thing About Men) and J. Robert Spencer (Side Show, Lucky Duck) reprise their roles from the La Jolla Playhouse world premiere.
The cast also features Tituss Burgess, Heather Ferguson, Steve Gouveia, Peter Gregus, Donnie Kehr, John Leone, Michael Longoria, Mark Lotito, Jennifer Naimo, Dominic Nolfi, Erica Piccininni and Sara Schmidt.
Sergio Trujillo choreographs, Ron Melrose handles musical direction, vocal arrangements and incidental music with orchestrations by Steve Orich. John Miller is the music coordinator, Steve Rankin is the fight director and Steven Gabis is dialect coach.
The design team of Jersey Boys features Klara Zieglerova (scenic), Jess Goldstein (costume), Howell Binkley (lighting), Steve Canyon Kennedy (sound), Michael Clark (projection) and Charles LaPointe (wig and hair).
